both bravo 1 drives go up and down evenly but the indicators show they are un even ? the port side will show all the way down ( or in #1 ) and the starboard side will show # 3 on drive indicator gauge . how can I adjust them to read evenly ?

You can move the bracket where it attaches to the drive ram to adjust the pointer.

There is also adjusment at the other end of the cable under your dash, or wherever it is mounted.

That will only give you about a 1/4" change though and it is a b!tch to pull the indicator panel apart, freeking springs everywhere :
