Cracked gil exhaust
My 1996 SR-419 has all 6 exhaust manifolds leeking were the inner and outer castings meet. The boat has 500hp's with 170 hrs, is this normal for a fresh water boat and is there any recourse with merc or formula that any one knows

I had a 33 Fountain several years ago and had a similar problem with my Gils.The manifolds were 4 or 5 years old and I called Gil and wasn`t expecting much. They sold me two new pair for well below dealer price!
