Default Luxury Motors in Downers Grove, Ill........

Anyone deal with them before? My friend bought a car from them and they lied about alot of things. They said the color was black, car is actually dark grey. There were also things missing when delivered (only 1 key, etc..) they also delivered the car with the window down......snow was all inside the car.

This is rediculous! They hang up on him when he tries calling! Let me know if you or someone you know has dealt with them.

Thanks,
G

Sorry your friend had to go thru this. My advice is to run away from them as fast as possible.I am about 30 minutes from them. I have worked for a new car dealer for 26 years. They are the absolute worst !!! They make my job easier.

Smitty-- thanks for the reply! I thought that they were the company that people were complaining about a little while ago here on OSO.

I'm not 100% sure, but isn't the consumer able to return the car within 48 hours of pickup to get a full return minus the document fee? I'm sure there are guys on this forum that are better informed than me. Reach out to LuckyStrike, etc.
