Not the impeller, but the actual pump body. '91 Mark IV Bravo. I've got one that the shaft is turning rough and a little notchy. The parts diagram shows the internals for the old 2-piece body it looks like. Not sure if the parts are the same or not.

Mike .... I rebuilt one and it worked out fine .... We crossed all the parts from the local bearing Company ... it was about 25-30 bucks .. you can get the parts from Merc though ... seems it was about 50.00 ...

you do need access to a press ....

That'll be the sticking point. So did you use the special Shell #2 grease? Where the heck do I get that?
