Default F-450 blowing fuses

I have an 08 F-450. And it keeps blowing trailer fuses for the trailer lights. I have hooked it to a few different boats and it blows it everytime. And these are new boat trailers. Any Ideas?

Buy a round-7 to flat-4 adapter.

did the truck come with the trailer tow package? it would have both the seven pole rv and the four flat. in either case i would check the wiring schematic it is on the lid to the seven pole socket. also which fuse is it? 10 amp running lights? you could have a bad ground.

Ground can do it. If you have alot of lights the bad ground will cause a voltage drop. That makes the amps spike.

It was a 30amp square fuse. Number 42 in the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Ground would be my first guess. If not take it back to the dealer and have them check it. For now you may have to run a separate ground wire to the frame. If you need help this weekend let me know.
