Default When the boat is made some times , well almost all of the time

they use black gel to back up the color of the boat. Looks like thin white gel and some aligation. They sprayed the black back up gel to soon after the white. A small wet sand and buff would tell you. If it gets worse you know your ubbing through to black gel.

Default Aligation is

the definition used for when two colors of gel meet and molt in the part. Gel coat is gel coat no matter what color so you should not see any infiltration. Find a moisture meter and you can tell. Run it over a good spot and measure and then over the bad spot and see what you get. Repair houses such as myself should have one.

Billy

Hope this helps!
