Kinda makes me nervous. Poors like water. Super thin and not like Mercs at all. It says it's "Marine Gear Lube 75/80-90".
Hope for the best. I know it's good stuff but still makes me a little nervous with the lack of consistency.

Don't worry, it's great stuff. Thats what I've been using in my XR behind the 525efi since the first 10 hr breakin change. Then every 25 hrs after that.

I have been running it in some #5's behind 900 hp. Change the lube every 40 hrs. After 200 hrs TNT just tore the drives down to take a look. No wear. Replacing a couple bearings and going back together. Their advice....keep doing whatever I was doing as it is working! I have more wear in the trannies...Huber 1330's. I am definetly staying with Ams Oil.
