Anyone have a Merc STEEL engine coupler, new or used, for a 2000 merc 500EFI. Bravo 1 drive

Indeed, not worth the risk buying an old one that will spine out on you in 15 minutes..... Considering the engineering involved in changing the farking thing!

steel or aluminum HUB?

right now ive got steel, so if i went alum one would be different

i completely agree with that tho, i was just hoping someone with a take off "like new" would chime in and save me some bucks,

now if i can get a good opinion on steel hub vs aluminum i'd be good

I would get the long snout steel one......actually I did for the Pantera.
