Hi does anyone have any information on the best prop for a Baja 420. It has triple 502's with blowers and is pushing 640 hp each. I am completing a hull up restoration on the boat this winter; total new inside and out.

Sounds like a fun project.

You do have options with propellers for that hull. 3,4 and 5 blade props will work. I think ultimately you will prefer 4 blade props built specific to the boat. The 4 blades will harness the power of your blower motors better than the 3 blade prop. The 4 blades will offer better cruise numbers than the 3 blade props and will comparable top end if Lab Finished. Also, the 4 blades will be slightly easier on the drives than 5 blade props concidering the weight and HP you are dealing with.
