(2) 12" Kicker Subs for Eliminator Bolsters
#1
I have (2) 12" Kicker Comp VR Subs, 4 ohm impedance, for sale. The subs are mounted in solid enclosures sealed with resin. The outside is carpeted. They mounted easily to the bolsters with 4- 1/4"x20 bolts attach to the Tee-Nut inserts in the box. The subs were installed in our 26' Eliminator Eagle. I assume they will fit most standard height bolster frames from Eliminator. I will measure the boxes for exact dimensions. The subs in my install point towards the floor and are about 2-1/2 above the floor. It is a great place to mount 12" subs without taking up valuable storage space.
If you don't want to buy 'em, atleast you may get a good idea from this.

Hi Toddw, I like that idea of mounting under the seat. I am installing an amp this weekend and am trying to figure out what to use for a sub. If dave doesn't want them I may be interested. I would be interested in just 1 if dave only wants 1. At least you have given me a great idea.
Thanks

slydog and others,
It does have the lightning graphics. I attached a photo. Our boat is the one pictured in the brochure and website. As far as the subs, I paid $225 each for the subs alone. They are 12" Kicker Comp VR. I custom made the boxes to fit under the bolsters. They are made from MDF particle board and seal with two coats of resin. The carpet is applied with rubber cement. The boxes have four 1/4"-20 tee nuts inserts in the top and bolt to the bottom of the seats using 1/4-20 elevator screws. These screws have a low profile hex head as not to interfere with the seat cushion. The subs rock. As for selling, the boat is up for sale, I pulled out the amps and high end deck and put in a basic deck leaving the 4 Boston Acoustic Component sets. I am asking $350 for the pair of subs and boxes.
