We will be there hopefully by Friday around noon. Going to try and drop in the water for a little while, and see if we can find somewhere safe to put the boat / trailer. Still looking for an indoor storage close by that will rent for a few days or a slip with gates and possibly a guard.

I plan to take Friday off, so maybe we can meet you at the dam around noon.

I know of people who have launched at the dam on Friday and returned on Sunday, and everything was alright. If you can get to your lodging by water, then that may be your best bet.
