My port engine makes a lot of vacume noise at an idle it comes from the hose from the iac on the back of the intake that connects to the throttle body is this normal I only ask because the starboard engine does not make the same sound both engines idle and run perfectlty though

Is the little muffler still there? It's number 5 in this pic.

I am not sure I will check it when I get home from work though

The little muffler is still in place and when I take the hose from the IAC to the throttle body loose near the throttle body there is a lot of vacume pressure on the hose is this normal?
