Pantera "No Longer" in Chapter 11
We would like to inform to all of you that as of today Pantera Boats is "NO LONGER" in Chapter 11 Re-Organization.
We know things are still tough in this economy but we have decided as a family and with advice from our attorney to keep fighting since Pantera means the world to us.
We want to say Thank You to the members and Pantera owners that have supported us with postings, private emails and phone calls. You all know who you are.
Some changes will be coming soon.

Berk wants his money owed, just like many others Pantera owes money to for either past judgments against them or for boats they never finished that Owners ended up having to have finished elswhere at additional costs to the Owners.
More spin by them trying to continue the charade saying they simply chose to take themselves out of the Chapter 11 proceedings. Unbelievable that the half truths and outright lies continue to this day after so many years and so many victims with no remorse to those they basically stole from, only pity for themselves.
They have hundreds of thousands of dollars they need to pay out to make things right, not just finish a boat.
