Default EXHAUST TIPS: Straight or Angle Cut?

Just curious as to what everyone's preference was. I like the straight but I swear the angle tips are louder some how. (I may very well be crazy......)

Anyway, I am ordering new stuff for the boat tomorrow and I am having a hard time making up my mind.

Long and Straight is my preference. Also, easier to install to mufflers if youy go that way.

straight cuts are the way to go ------- if you can find them go with pipes that have an internal flapper that can be replaced... For extra protection you can put external flappers on or mufflers. Good luck

I personally don't like the soup can look . Angles are racy looking and you will gain 3 mph .

If you don't have silent choice, I agree with cigboat. Plus the external muffler options like others have said.

If you have silent choice, angle cut for the looks.

just my opinion but the straight cuts have an "old school, agressive" look.
