Default Bottom coat

I was wondering if anyone knows of a wax or teflon etc.. that works well on the hull bottom ..The lake my boat sits in puts a light brownish ring around the waterline and a little algea grows on the bottom..I was thinking there must be something that will make this stuff easier to wipe off and less likely to stain the gel..
