I do hope they can keep the quality of Fountain and Donzi.

Very good news indeed, Matt! Baja has the means and skill to build a quality boat. Don't forget PokerFace.

So, what separates a Donzi, from a Fountain, from a Baja?

Different or same location, people, management, processes, engineering, etc???

How do they market the differences? Almost sounds like the same boat with different brand logos, and maybe deck molds....

Can anyone "in the know" elaborate on that?

Yes, I would think that also, however, is it all under one "roof" or "umbrella"? I guess they can be marketed through different pricing strucutres?
