Default Cleaning the outside of the boat

so I started to wash the boat, I used a west marine orange boat wash, it didn't clean ****. what products are you using on the outside of your boat. i'm trying to clean:

1) waterline marks

2) some yellowing of the bottom

3) black exhaust at the rear of the boat

if I use a buffer, would a rubbing compound clean it ? any suggestions on make of compound ?

any good wax recommendations?

Be careful with on/off. Very toxic, will damage trailer with many uses. It is acid, be careful of fumes too.

River bottom brown on the hull and black exhaust need much more than soap. I used a diluted mix of on/off and then re-waxed after. If I waxed the hull twice a year the stains wiped right off for a few months.

Simple Green on the transom. Use a "drenched with water" rag so the exhaust doesn't just streak!

Buff with 3m marine cleaner wax, works very well! I know a few marina's that swear by it. Worked great the times I have used it.

1) waterline marks - straight vinegar or hull cleaner

2) some yellowing of the bottom - The Works toilet cleaner (cut 50/50 with water)

3) black exhaust at the rear of the boat - Simple Green
