How to get rid of chalking on gel coat?

Can any one tell me the best way to get the chalk look off of my white gelcoat? I have heard so many different opinions on combinations of waxing, polishing,buffing and rubbing compounds. Can someone just recomend the best and quickest way?

I hear nothing but good things about Aqua buff but I cant find it anywhere.....
