A friend of mine is looking to put chillers on his blower motors. At this time he has the sunpad carved out to fit the blowers and is trying to avoid scoops. What is the thinnest chiller out there and can anyone give me the approximate thickness or how high it will raise the blowers??

The chiller that Whipple makes is a lot lower then the PFM Superchiller. It's also supposed to be more efficient. Only drawback is it's about 1000 bucks more.

Whipples chiller will only add 1" to height. Superchiller adds 4". The catch is you must replace intake too. Their units are intake/chiller in one.

Thanks, guess we'll look at the Whipples. Wish he had gone with the Whipple blowers too... But that's another story
