Like the titles states how long is enough. Say you bought something from a OSO member, sent the check ($850.00) out on 1-17-2015, it gets cashed on 1-26-2015 and its 2-20-2015 and still no parts. You make contact 1 1/2 weeks ago via Email with a promise the items would be shipped that day but still no tracking # or parts. 2 days ago I try to contact again via phone message, PM from OSO, and Email with no response. I see this member has been on here since messaging him from his profile but still no response. I did make a much larger purchase from him 2 months ago and received those items within 10 days.

I'd say... times up...

That's slow shipping and poor correspondence for sure.
I'd be pissed too.
As for outing the guy...........
I'd call his cell one more time and if he doesn't make an effort to talk to you, I'd spill the beans.

Text him and suggest he checks the Beware & Stolen forum.

Is the part that u bought something radially available, or did it have to be taken off a boat (motor) that is outside or not able to get to the part because of the weather. That would be the only excuse for not sending it yet, but no response from email ,phone or text is BS. Communication is key in selling parts........ And shipping the item as soon as u get paid...

The lack of communication usually means only one thing and it ain't good .

Just got a E-mail from him that states "I shipped them yesterday" I will have a tracking # "later today"

If they shipped yesterday one could assume that's when the tracking numbers were assigned also . Something don't smell right to me . Hope I'm wrong .
