Default 525SC intake options

It seems like the topic has been discussed a few times but not many have divulged their solution. I've got one good intake and one bad (way past being welded) intake. Cant find another good intake so it seems the 6130WIN intakes are the only option... The problem with those intakes is the thermostat housing is under the blower snout. I've heard there is an adapter to get the thermostat housing over to the left side but have yet to see one. Any input on this conundrum?

Thanks!

That was easy! It looks like there will still need to be a spacer between that and the thermostat housing to get the header hoses up and over the snout on the blower though... essentially the difference in height between that adapter and the t-stat pad of the original intake. OR does that adapter make up that difference... It's hard to tell in the photos.

Thanks!

I had a marine 177 setup a few years back, came with that, but I never used it, used a crossover and a billet housing and cleared fine

Do you have any pictures of the T-stat housing you used?

PM what you want for it.

I'm going to go ahead and get a set of the 6130s. No need for polished as I prefer the stock look.

This also means I'll have a stock Merc 525SC intake for sale.
