Ive googled and googled... CAnt find this part number anywhere and trying to figure out what size it is.

so far all I can find with a quick search is that yours was made the first week of January 2002... maybe you can call Eaton and they can help

Completely of topic but when you install a helm does the fittings go straight up?

Measure how thick the rear spacer is under the cover and go on this and you should be able to figure out the displacement.[PDF]110, 230, and 450 Series - Eaton

You can index the helm in any direction. It's pressure fed.

Best I can figure out is that its a 95cc. withn a small dual ram system is that faster or slower??

Probably around 3 turns lock to lock. Ball park.
