So let me ask to clear things up... Looking for someone to work close to full time, if not more than full time, and being paid in ownership part , i get that. But you need to be wealthy enough to live on your savings... I guess this puts many good candidates off that project... Right?

Correct. I don't want to babysit and teach somebody that needs a paycheck.The candidate can get a piece of something that has cost millions for effort and time. Sounds like deal to me.

Obviously there is financial reward at some point or why would anybody come on board?

Well Pat..if you ever have an opportunity where someone does nothing and gets a huge paycheck, let me know. I'm in on that one! That matches the mission statement on my resume!
