i take it to the in house guys and they say $2000 and that i need a new Bell housing.

They say the part of the Bell housing that the I ring goes into is a little out of shape and it needs a new Bell Housing.

Can see how the ring may deform, but don't see how the bell housing will deform

You need a new male fitting on the bell housing but not a new housing. The two pics you sent show the drive is OK other then the dent on the female part of the lube fitting. Part of the male part is broken off, so it is the only item that needs replaced.

The way I see it you only need item 24 the valve 18920A1
