Default What bbc rods?

Acording to the seller these are eagle rods, cannot find any info about these. Lenght 6.135". 7/16" bolts.

I may be wrong but those look like regular ole gm dimple rods to me...from the eagle ones I found in a google search they all had bolts like 12 point arp bolts bolting the cap on....those look like the standard gm nuts to me...like I said could be wrong

i think so too. pistons are je700 series with very slight dome, could be stock bbc 502 rods and pistons.

The stock GM rods would not have the "6135" cast into the beam or the numbers etched into the parting line. Those are most likely either Eagle or Scat. I cant remember if the Eagle's have "ES" along with the "6135" on the beam.

I have a set of the GM dimple rods and the 6135 is not on the rod.

Ive never seen a GM rod with the length embossed in it,

Sounds like you will have to take the sellers word for it. Its the part that sucks when buying from someone else and they don't come in the original package.

You might want to also give Eagle a call. They are pretty good about answering questions. They might be able to tell you something based on the rod bolts and the etched numbers at the parting lines.
