With the demise of Crane Cams, where are the well proven 731, 741 and 751 cams being sourced from? Who has the masters? Anyone know what lobe design was used?-Thanks in Advance.

As of 1/1/21, Comp Cams absorbed the little left of Crane Crams, which S&S cycle owned. Whom bought from Mikronite (sp?), which bought from Crane.
More fun facts, the same investment company that bought Edelbrock not long ago, also bought Comp Cams.
Psst: Comp does advertise a cam very similar to the 525EFI cam. Its called Extreme Marine 525EFI. XM525EFI for short.

I just installed the Comp cam in my 496 build. Was the closest I could find to the 741. I was surprised Summit had 5 of these in stock too. They don't have any heads though.

I was just putting general info out there in case others don't know.
Like the following,.... any cam company will grind any of their cams on different separation if you want. Just a phone call away.
And yeh, Bullet is a great company.
