Default Adjusting Idle Air Control on Whipple

Does anybody have the procedure for adjusting the idle air control valve on a 3.3L Whipple ? It has the common Gm IAC , it's been replaced . The TPS is adjusted to around .5 volt. The main throttle blade stop has been adjusted numerous times , the supercharger auxiliary air valve has been upgraded from the restricted bronze filter to the larger fitting with the small K&N air filter . The problem is , the idle doesn't flair when I start the engine , hot or cold . I just recently replaced a bad by-pass air valve actuator also , the last one the diaphragm was bad . I would like the idle to come up a little when cold / first start , and maybe come up a little when I drop in gear . The computer is set for 750 rpm as per indicated in scan tool . The engine is 565 CI Paul Phaff with a 3.3 L Whipple that I added at a later date . I do have ground and power to the IAC connector . Any thoughts , comments ?

This is the IAC and upgraded aux air intake

This is the blower aux air valve actuator that I just replaced

The IAC does what the ECM tells it to do, you probably need a tuner to go in and make some changes.

There`s no adjustment on an IAC.
Like mentined its ECU controlled. Take it out and make sure soot isn`t preventing it from moving . You can also check to see that it`s working when it`s out. Run engine see if it moves.

I'll fire up my laptop and look,mefi4b's can change the rate of opening and closing.for some vortech 540's I ran dual iac's.also had a switch on the trans for load anticipation which would call for a certain amount of iac opening.
