This ignition amplifier box is on a boat Im working on. I has no decals or markings on it, no external connections other than the hole where the wires are coming out. The coil that is on ther engine is a Nutek Sizzler Firepower. I am figuring the box is too but all internet searches point to a box with external connections similar to a MSD 6A and this has none on the outside.

That is a Mercrusier Hi Performance ignition module. They did not use them for very long. They did not like moisture at all.

what do you know about them? Did they have a adjustable timing curve? Are there any adjustments inside the box?

Bam , articfriends , do either of you recognize this type of ignition box. It seems to work with the T-bolt hall effect sensor and from what I have read not many of them do.
