working-out and eating good is over rated....i think i like the couch with a big bag of doritos watching the simpsons!!! uhmmmm buurger

All you need to do is lift all that ballast in and out of your boat a few times a day. . . probably a better workout than you could get at the gym.

Now you get to go thru the chest pain. It hurts to walk for about a week as your chest bounces. Tearing those muscles down so they can rebuild hurts
If you work out enough you can still eat the doritos.

Just started my diet Monday.Trying to drop 15 lbs I gained over the winter.Using Herbal Life system and its been a breeze so far.Not hungry and can drink beer and eat normal dinners.Lost 4 lbs in 4 days.Next week start with the exersise and hope to be in decant shape by Daytona.It sucks getting beat up so bad after a race and being sore for 3 days.
