Default Anyone using transom pickups for cooling water?

Considering using a Low Water Pickup lower. Seems there are problems with a LWP. If I were to block it off and go transom pickup what do I have to lookout for? Speeds into the low 80's non stepped hull. Using a crossover setup due to blower. Will there be problems with water pressure at these speeds using the transom pickup?

Any input appreciated.

With transom picups alot of people have trouble dialing in their water pressure. You must get a pickup that has an adjustable pickup edge.
