Default Scary Incident, what punishment for this jerk?

Yesterday I pull up to the boat ramp on the Ohio river and the sherrif is running towards the dock with the strobes flahing, tells me to move my truck and trialer, the ambulance is coming...

Then, I see a 19' bowrider pull up with the windshield all bent and busted. Come to find out, thankfully no one needed medical attention, but this yahoo got the boat STUCK under the front of the Hooters Resturant Barge on the river. The current pinned his boat under the front of the barge for almost 1/2 hour. He had 4 passengers and........TWO OF THEM WERE LITTLE KIDS!!!!!!! Lucky they are not all dead....very lucky.

I felt like punching him. He is going to jail though...he was charged with reckless op and child endangerment. Not sure if he was drinking or not

What punishment should this clown get? How do you get pinned under the front of a STATIONARY BARGE......WITH KIDS ON BOARD!!!

He should never be able to operate a boat again and should have a nice little stay at the local cell and be fined until he throws up.

Thank the good Lord the kids are okay.

He'll probably end up suing Hooters and getting a million dollars. How dare Hooters have such dangerous conditions around their establishment. I can just hear the lawyers now.

His boat was running fine as far as we could tell came back to the ramp under his own power! So he has to be a moron.
