I am overwhelmed by the high level of service these guys offer. Two new Formulas with generator problems,both a long way from their office in Bham.Both were repaired the day after I called,no charge,all warranty,they had the parts on the truck,both owners of the boats are happy.For the record it is Kossen Equipment,offices in Bham,Jackson,Mobile and Shreveport,the Kohler distribitor for the Southeast. I assure you if I was buying a genset it would be a Kohler from these guys.

That's good to know. I've got a Kohler gen sitting on the floor in my shop for 1.5 seasons now because of an oil cooler problem. I've never really had a need for it so I may leave it out and convert it over for home use.
