Question LIFE JACKETS or not? SERIOUS QUESTION!
OK, if the owner of the boat asks you to wear a LIFE SAVING device (lifejacket) do you?

And if you choose NOT to, and he takes you out ANYWAY, who is at fault? The passenger who does not want to wear it, OR the operater of the boat who lets you ride?

The captain is in charge....what ever he says goes while on his vessel......

I don't really see what all the fuss is about anyway. What's the big deal about wearing a life jacket
