OT Messanger Service Pop ups
Anyone know how to stop this from happening? I keep getting them when I am on line. Any help would be great. Thanks

Start...settings...control panel...administrative tools...services...
Now find "Messenger"
Change the "status" so that it is not running
Change the "startup type" so that it is dissabled
Now you gonna come over and fix my dish for me?

I can't figure out how to wire everything up.
