How can I install a return gas line to my gas tank? Do I weld a fitting in tank or is there some type of super glue or something that will hold?

Weld a fitting to the tank or you can splice into the fuel fill hose with a short piece of 2" or whatever size your hose is and weld the fitting to it and return the fuel to there.

Thanks I did not think of the fill hose! I really didn't want to weld the tank, BOOM!!

Actually, welding on the tank isn't the worst thing. What they do is pressurize the tank with argon, so there's not chance for a fire...until the argon runs out.

I did exactly what cobra marty suggested. Got a piece of 2" thickwall aluminum tubing and tapped into the side at a 45 degree angle with 1/2" npt. Be carefull when you cut the fill tubing and anything around that opening. There are a lot of fumes !!!!!!!!!!!!
