Mercury 225 Optimax (Feedback)

Just looking for feedback on this engine.
I've heard both good and bad.

225 opti's are good motors.. they had some problems when the first rolled the motors out but merc did a nice job of getting that all taken care of

Actually, I just bought a Kencraft 215 w/ a 225 Optimax (7 hours on motor) for 15 K. I can not get over the fuel economy and the power of this motor. I had heard of some minor problems such as fouling plugs, but have been assured that if I use the Optimax oil, those problems should be nil.
