"The Velocity Fest National Fun Run will be returning to the Chesapeake Bay on July 31 and will be held in North East, MD. It will be an affordable one-day event produced by the new Velocity Owners Group in conjunction with Velocity Powerboats. The Fun Run will visit performance boating hot spots on the smooth, Northern Chesapeake Bay. Dockside activities, awards and a top shelf dinner will follow the Fun Run.

Do you know if that date is etched in stone,4 other Velocity owners plus myself have already committed to another event out of town but we would love to attend this one here in our own back yard,I am just curious if there are any other dates that are available.I would hate to miss it as well as the other 4.

Rick will have to answer that..I'm not sure.....

The July 31st date reflects when the hosting facilities were available - and thus have been reserved.

We are very close to releasing the full announcement. For those of you who can't make the event because of other commitments, I do apologize in advance - because you're going be pretty disappointed once you see what we've got planned!

We just finalized the last and most difficult detail - liability insurance coverage for Velocity! Look for the complete fun run package (which will include hotel, docking, launching, directions etc.) by this Friday latest.

Looks like a fantastic run. I have all the information on my desk as we speak. I believe this will be one of the top 1 or 2 events for Velocity, of the year. I had this information faxed and emailed to me to distribute, but the email contained a virus and my computer would not let me open it. If anyone wants me to fax this information to them, I will be happy to do it for you. Just send me your fax to number.

Steve I nead the info. No body knows whats going on! Call me Fri. 239-340-0796 Sreve S. is down hear in Fort Myers with us at his bull rideing event. Im trying to plan my vacation around this deal. I hope to bring the new 390, or something up for it.
