tranny noise

tranny noise
Rebuilt the motor. Put the tranny back on. Engine back in the boat. Trs drive back on. Engine runs great. but now when I put her in gear the tranny make noise. Forword and rev. What could I have missed? What should I check first? The tranny was fine when I pulled the motor. Thanks Scott
