It always amazes me to see this much exhaust dirt on the props. The hubs of the props
are right in the exhaust stream, and the water is pushed out by the gear case, causing
what you see below.

ASC, excuse me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the tunnel support on the trailer actually be touching the tunnel? It looks like you can easily slide your hand between the tunnel support & hull.

Now that you are getting that bad boy dialed in, come on down and show us what that thing can do! Ft Myers Offshore is having our first fall run on Oct 20th. We'll be leaving the Sanibel Bridge at 10:30 to Capri Pass and back up to Naples Bay for lunch at Joe's Crab Shack. 40FLATDECK is correct, the arch is only to help guide the boat on to the trailer. The entire weight of the boat is supported on the boats splash rails, which sit on two bunks that run the length of the trailer. The tunnel has two splash rails that run from front to back, one on each side of the tunnel.
