It always amazes me to see this much exhaust dirt on the props. The hubs of the props
are right in the exhaust stream, and the water is pushed out by the gear case, causing
what you see below.

But I dont think it exhaust probably cavitation you are talking about.

Here are some close up setup pictures, taken after the most recent round of changes. The props are now 1 3/4 above the bottom of the boat.

ASC, excuse me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the tunnel support on the trailer actually be touching the tunnel? It looks like you can easily slide your hand between the tunnel support & hull.

It's not there for support, just to help get the boat on the trail.

40FLATDECK is correct, the arch is only to help guide the boat on to the trailer. The entire weight of the boat is supported on the boats splash rails, which sit on two bunks that run the length of the trailer. The tunnel has two splash rails that run from front to back, one on each side of the tunnel.

I've got the exact same boat and trailer, but mine is set up without the tunnel supports. Although, my boat lift is set up with the supports.
