they sold one to aguy that is rigging one with 300x motors not done yet im interestsed to how that would run cause the xs do not have the grunt of the x motors

i may be going inboards thinking about small blocks with the arneson 7 drives the new corvette small bloc k can be bored to 450 cubic inch safely and make 600 hp all day hay wayne how ya doing so i dont know yet

OK, I'm hi-jacking my own thread. I need details on this idea? Has it been done before? Are you sure you want to go away from OB's? My buddy has a 30 with inboards, and I've wondered if it's possible to convert from OB to In board. But yours is a 28, isn't the extra weight of small blocks and drives too much?

Does anyone know the weight difference between the 28 and the 30 similarly equipped (either hull only or rigged with the same outboard's)?
