LOL, BIOTCH. Those pidgeons of yours were given every opportunity in the world. We gave them the sloppiest game we could and still made it look easy. What a coaching staff those Eagrits have !!!

Pidgeons had 3rd and 4th and 3 yards to go with seconds left, Coach of the Year thinks " HHHMMMM lets run lil Brian Westbrook into the most dominate Defensive player in the NFC not once but TWICE !!!!!!!...........Bawoooohahahahha ......... NOT !!!

Giants are the Team to beat my friend.

Back to the Matter at hand. What is it going to cost to hang the 3rd 300X on the 32'. What are your educated guesses ??, Larry ?? Phillip ??
Come on guys I know from talking to you two that you are not in favor of it, but I am just looking for some educated thoughts, I am far from certain i am going to do it. RunninHot, FastFun, Pro1, etc etc give me your thoughts on what you think it will/should run

Thanks in advance
Patrick

Call Peter. I am guessing 115-118. I would probably keep a spare drive on hand. The center eng takes a beating .
Doesnt matter, I would still do it with your boat, it will be Bad Ass!!

As you know I'm not a big fan of three . We all want more speed and for me if my Hunk of **** runs close to 100 with 2 300 Opti and does it without mech failure for many years , that is perfect for me . If you really want more speed , sell your boat and buy an I.O Skater and the only cap on your top end speed will be your Checkbook .

The wife closed the checkbook when I bought the this boat so an I/O Skater is a few years from now. Anyhow guys I am not asking for performance numbers I am asking what you think the COST will be for rigging the 3rd considering fuel supply, controls, gauges, etc. etc.

p.s. Larry talk to me after your baby is up and running for 2 years and a luckily a 3rd new 300XS gets dropped in your lap that you would not be a little curious to strap it on.

I am far from sure, just weighing the options. Just thinking about the cost of the project. Thanks guys !!

Have you installed the center pod inside the rear tunnel for the center engine yet? That will help deflect the beating that the the center outboard gets. That is an extra $1200 to have someone qualified do the glass job right.
You will need to add a steering wing plate for the center engine, Have the existing tie bar cut and divided up for the new triple set up.
You might want to have low water pick ups installed so that you can get the engines up and decrease the extra drag from that third engine dragging it's gearcase and skeg through the water and increase performance.
Changes to the wiring, fuel system, altering dash layout to accomodate the extra gauges take time and care to make sure that everything is right. Swapping out controls is $$$ too. For what it's worth I spent a total of $3500 for the center pod and all other parts for twin to triple conversion. I saved probably $2-3000 by doing it myself.
It sounds like a lot, but in my opinion it is definitely worth it because of the greater acceleration and the 10+ mph increase in top end.

I didnt know that it had a pod. The center motor takes a beating w/o one yes, but isnt exactly a disaster. The pod may hurt rough water performance.
