maybe talk to TRES MARTIN about his driving school that would be perfect for you since your going from a Vee to a CAT. IT will save you money on insurance which is high for cats. and Tres can school you on your own boat theres a lot of guys swearing by it that it has helped good luck and be safe. art

Good advice. Ill look into that. I know personally I like to know how to drive based on the gauges, but there is alot that you just have to "feel". I like to have all the basis covered. Also, the more that I think about it, there is no trim on the throttles or wheel. So which do you let go of when you trim, the gas or the wheel. I would think the gas, I dont think it would ever be good to let go of the wheel.

Dont let go of either , put the switch on the throttle and use your thumb .I guess if you had to you could hold the wheel with your knee for a quick second or 2
