The few blue pictures are of a new 388SS.

looks like twin carbs on top of the blowers?

but not sure if they're gonna be fuel injected.

Actually those are Throttle bodies, Also you can see the Injecters in the housing below them. So yes it is fuel injected.

Yes it is a dual fuel EFI system. Here's another picture. 388SLW

Yes they are BIG Sterlings, the PSI is being changed to a polished PSI blower.
