4300lb's is a hull and deck weight, the windsheild weight is not in the 4300 number.

Can some one explain the design/plumbing of the tubing/wastegate on this setup?

Also, is this the final height of the engine or does it sit lower?

Height of the engine, they are getting measurements for engine rails and the drive line so it's close but should be lower in the rear. The wastegate, I can tell you what it does and why but not how. The motors are dual fuel motors, meaning they have two HP (1200hp/1550+hp) settings in the computor on the motors and can be changed at a flip of a switch. The wastegat controls the amount of boost somehow. The boat also has 4 fuel tanks (93oct/116oct)t to make all this happen. Hope that answers a few question, but call Mike at Sterling for more info.
