The biggest problem is joining the corners of cuts you made where they meet at a bulkhead or stringer. The cutting wheels are to big to get very close so you are left with a few inches that are impossible to get at and contain very thick overlaps of Kevlar. I got around this by taking a carbide hole saw (without the drill bit in it to minimize the risk of catching the outside laminate) and poking a inch and a half hole in each corner then joining all the holes with a standard seven inch carbide wheel on a Metabo cutter. (Metabos kick azz!)

not pretty . . . . .

YUCK!!!

I'm lookin to get into an older Skater 32

then have Shaun build me 2 of those baaad boys! noli

Why not three? The older boats might be heavier than the ones he's building now...

I love all white cats like the AO3100 and these big Skaters. The look that says, "I'm here to take over!"

You should do better than 125, I'll say 135.

I received new back seat today and set it in along with the original front Skater seats that were used when boat was raced as Snakeman racing 2001-03
I'm currently waiting on the cockpit side panels, carbon fiber dash inserts and carpet.

Wow!!

I like your design of the rear bench seating and colour selection.

How did you measure the fit for the coaming pads?

Who is doing your interior work?

Thanks noli, I've got a local guy who took the old style mid nineties rear bench and with the help of pictures of other skater interiors from OSO classifieds was able to stitch what you see there. (there was considerable trial and error to get the armrests right).
patience is important
