Amazing!

With that much potential speed on tap, I think I'd want a lid on that boat, probably be signifacntly faster too (not that it would matter at that level!)

So I take it the turbos do not have water cooled housings? Is it a full dry exhaust? Any concern about the headers cracking? I ask because I've been there and done that with SS tube headers and turbos, multiple times.

It is a water jacket exhaust and water jacket tail pipe just the turbo is a blanket heat shield, and it does not get hot on the outside.

Tyson, you could donate those awesome engines to me so you can use that boat as a test bed for those new Rotaries you designed....

Just a thought....

Isn't there a funny youtube vid of this 388 driving into a school of birds at a high speed and almost hitting them...

It's actually funny to hear their reactions to the birds....lol

Sorry for the strong bump, however I was curious to know if there's any updates on this boat as to what and where it is these days. Aweosme build to say the least. I'm also wonder what its power output was with the boost turned up which will in turn put those # 6's to the test...

I would also love to know about this boat. As well as the Sam Smith Sterling 1700HP twin turbo Skater. Unless I missed an update, I haven't heard anything about either Turbo Skater.

Maybe Blume knows?

Dennis Pooles white 388 is a monster, I run with it almost every weekend, try too anyway. It's an incredible machine.

There is a lot of good youtube videos of Dennis's White 388. Last I heard about Sam S's 388 is that he is dialing it in.
