Skate,
Boat looks great. Who's intercom did you install? I have a pirate com in mine and am not really happy with it. I am looking for a system that would have the rear seat riders use a push to talk instead of voice activated mics as the engines noise keeps their mics hot all the time.
Now all you need is a boarding ladder in the middle of the transom between the motors!

I used Rugged Radios brand, www.ruggedradios.com I highly recommend them good people and they will configure things as you need.
They are very reasonable and easy to install. The guys there even worked up some billet mounting plates for use on my 338 build.
You can listen to music from radio or iPhone. You can also listen and talk on your iPhone with the system. I have taken several calls at 90+MPH from the wife!
It has VHF capabilities with PPT as well. The Mics are voice activated. At first I had the same issue with wind. We adjusted the gain settings and installed the larger foam Mic Muffs and it eliminated all the issues with wind activation.
They have a 9 volt portable unit that will work two head sets a radio and a phone. I use it in my duck boat.
