My motors were always covered in salt after a hard day of running. After I got the Nass cowlings with the air plenums installed problem solved. They stay perfectly clean. I highly recommend getting them glassed in. Had to many issues with silicon. Saves about 30lbs also.

Some GoPro video from the same day on Tenkiller. I'm just learning the "GoPro" and youtube stuff.

David,
Boat looks really good. Must be nice to go out on the lake and run that thing everyday and not worry about what the seas in the ocean are. We all could do some killer testing with a get together there. Keep up the good work and hope you get the boat on the lake soon after the new powerhead arrives.
Let me know about the other motor and what if anything they found.

All Skaters are welcome to get an "Un-Official" Skater Shoot-Out/Fest on Tenkiller. Great water, great weather (most of the time) good lodging and centrally located. Guys let me know if you would like to make this happen. I can put it together from the "lake" end! Hope to get it on the water soon. Thanks, Ron.

Your 28 looks absolutely STUNNING David! I really like the changes you made to the paint scheme from my 28 - the blue really sets it off! On another subject, you're overtrimmed in a few of those pictures, your 28 will actually run faster (and safer) with neutral to a little negative trim. I almost never run any positive trim w/ my 28 - the only time is in lower speed (under 90) corners to carry the bow. You've done a great job with it, glad to see you're enjoying it!
