I'm pretty sure LAriverrat has one for his 28. Send him a PM, I'm sure he will help you out.
Edit: just remembered his rear seat is all the way back, still might help.

Here's the pics I have of the one for my 28. I've never had it on, and actually don't ever plan to put it on. The 28 is my "daily driver", not my hot rod....... I don't doubt I'd pick up 1-2mph on top if I pulled the heavy back seat out and put it on (benefit from weight loss and aerodynamic efficiency, I just don't ever see myself going through all the effort to do it. I regularly take back seat passengers with me.

If you build one, check out how Larry designed his hatches with a built-in cooler cool!

The raised Skater logo is also awesome!

think my hatch is slightly lighter than the seat LOL. ( its much lighter) If I had re-rigged mine I wanted to lighten the rear seat as much as possible...move it forward adding the storage area and alter the race hatch to still cover the rear seating area if I wanted. not sure if that would have negated the additional speed but it would have been cool to be able to cover the rear seats and get he race look.

with the seat move forward the hatch would be much smaller and easier to handle...still would require at least two people.
