I tried 34 four blade merc cleavers on a 32' skater. I had to have the addendum cut off because when you let off it felt like you were hitting the brakes, I also had the 34 merc four blade cleavers made into et's by Bblades rounding and cupping the blades (like a blaster) to reduce stern lift. They worked well but not as good as the Dewalds.

PS: Any guesses what my 15 X 32 Merc Cleavers (3 blades) will run? They ran 95-99 mph on my Spectre 30 with twin 300XS's.

Dave Dewald has been perfecting the 28 Skater prop with the aid of Shaun Torente for more than 10 years. I feel that is why the are superior to all other "generic" props. The four blade ones are a lot smoother with almost no vibration. His new to last year CNC ones out-performed his earlier ones by 4 MPH on my boat.

32 BBlade 3 Blade on transom low engine hight. rigged for fun stereo 3 batteries F 16 canopies. 111mph. Would like to try 4 blade dewalds and some jack plates, some time.
